Very poor care for Patients no empathy or respect for the satiation of the Patient. Always to fight for appointments receptionist with no medical training given medical advice over the phone.

Suggested improvements

Have more respect for Patients and there condition.More training for receptionist that is a doctor surgery not booking a manicure place.
