Generally speaking the receptionists are always so pleasant, polite and courteous and will do their best to attend to your needs. The Head of Reception is one who possesses competent knowledge on computers, and is well equipped in handling all types of enquiries. Some of the patients can be volatile and I have surreptitiously watched her handle such patients with an iron fist velvet glove. This lady has a depth of knowledge & experience and uses it to help her colleagues and patients alike. She is ideally suited in working well in a team and I should imagine would find ways of how and where improvements are needed all round. A definite asset and one who is loyal , and where the need arises most compassionate.

To my mind the High markings are indicative of my own personal experience, though of course it could differ from others. I have always from the receptionists to be polite ,courteous, and indeed helpful , considering the enormous stress they endure daily with some patients who can be difficult and demanding. Nonetheless, they exercise a degree of tolerance because of their ailments and go out of their way to be helpful. Much credit to the staff.
