To my mind the High markings are indicative of my own personal experience, though of course it could differ from others. I have always from the receptionists to be polite ,courteous, and indeed helpful , considering the enormous stress they endure daily with some patients who can be difficult and demanding. Nonetheless, they exercise a degree of tolerance because of their ailments and go out of their way to be helpful. Much credit to the staff.

Doing things better is a two way traffic, and by that I mean that there are times when no matter what the staff undertake to be helpful, patients can at times be unreasonable . We are all human beings with a certain degree of tolerance which must not overstretched either way.
