I have been registered with this practice since 1973 and continue to experience complete satisfaction with my GP, receptionists and practice nursing staff. Dr Chopin always has time to fully discuss my medical condition and contacts my consultant(s) directly if the situation dictates. Never have a complaint with any of the receptionists, in fact I cannot praise them enough. They all "go the extra mile" to sort out anything I might have difficulty with, such as an expired repeat prescription. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Nursing staff likewise. Only rarely is my appointment time not met and if it isn't it is only late by a few minutes.In my 40 years plus at this practice I have only had to contact the manager on one occasion and the relatively minor issue was sorted out in a very professional manner.

Very pleasant surgery on all counts. Doctors all very helpful and efficient,especially quick at sorting out a couple of problems I had before Christmas.
Just takes a bit of a while to get through the phone system

This is a great surgery, all the Doctors are very good, showing empathy and really listening to what you tell them. If the matter is urgent you can be seen on the day without a problem, but the new online booking system is great - so easy to book appointments in advance (especially good when you work away from Horsham). I have recommended this surgery to people who have moved to the area. Great job.

I have found all doctors and staff at the surgery to be helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional.
I'm not sure that there is much else one could want from a doctors surgery.
Can't remember last appointment date, so just took a rough guess.

The whole team at Courtyard Surgery are always ready to please, even when under pressure. The diabetic care nurse is worth a special mention. The receptionists are also worth a mention.
