Made telephone appointment, receptionist was helpful, understood my condition and arranged an appointment. Have always found reception staff courteous, helpful and understanding. Despite the not inconsiderable pressure they are under the ladies always make time to listen and help

i have recently moved to Horsham and as young family and a daughter with a heart condition I would a like a surgery where the receptionists do not treat you like your a silly school girl. I was at the surgery Tuesday afternoon and I was talking to the receptionist about an appointment when my 8 week old baby started crying she tutted and asked me if she had been fed, (which she had) but why was that her business. also huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes, i'm sorry babies cry!! Today (Thursday) my 8 week old baby had her immunisations apparently my appointment had changed I was never informed about this, the receptionist said it was ok and to go through where I waited for 20 minutes it was very hot and my baby started getting irritable. I was then told to 'come on then' by the nurse where she told me she really didn't want to do this and I was never to do it again!! I am an adult with two children and do not wish to be spoken to like this, they changed my appointment ring me. I am absolutely disgusted that this is how I was treated by a NHS Doctors surgery and I am most definitely looking at moving surgery's.

I have dealt with 2 dr.'s at this surgery and have been thoroughly disappointed. I have not been given any respect and they have both made me feel very uncomfortable about confiding in them. They have not taken my illness seriously and have caused me endless emotional turmoil throughout the last year and in not so many words have made out that my illness was all in my head. Needless to say since seeking 2nd opinions they were totally wrong. I think these particular GP's should be more empathetic to each individual's situation. Rather than trying to mask everything with extremely strong pain killers, they should investigate every avenue and not take a year to do so.

I trust the care and advice of of the doctors at the Courtyard practice and feel comfortable with all of them. The online services offered are an excellent and confidential method of arranging appointments and repeat prescriptions and I can strongly recommend it to anyone with an available computer system.

I recently ordered a prescription online, after collecting I realised I had omitted an item, I went online ordered the item and marked it urgent, being Friday and needing it for Sunday I called into the Surgery to find the prescription waiting for me. I have had my eyes tested at the opticians they said I needed a blood test for diabetes, phoned the Surgery, the receptionist spoke to the Dr an appointment made all done.
