Why is your phone is always engaged from 8 30 in the morning till you close from last week friday i rang 50 times today i rang 25 times can't get through

The reception is a nightmare they don't answer the phone it's engaged all the time it's like they don't want to speak to the patients you will never change it's becoming worse every day
