The doctors and nurses are really nice and listen to you and discuss the treatment BUT THE RECEPTIONISTS are very rude, unprofessional and try to diagnose you themselves. Mostly the phone line is busy and even if you get through the receptionist cut you of straight away, these ladies have mastered the art of talking sarcastically. It's very sad as the doctors and nurses thselves are brilliant.

PLEASE TRAIN THE RECEPTIONISTS AND TEACH THEM BASIC MANNERS (Which they lack).

The surgery has provided me with the best care possible and I am always looked after very well by all the staff at the surgery. The response is very instant in terms of getting appointments. The space in surgery is very limited and therefore would like to request if the premises could be expanded to help patients have a better experience.
