I needed urgent bloods done on my daughter which had to be done within a 24 hour wkndow of the incident, a referral was send the night before by the hospital i called at 8.30 AM to confirm they had the receptionist confirmed they did. Waited coyple of hours and called again, got told the doctor hasnt looked at them yet, i explained the matter was time sensitive she didnt seem to care. So now because of this surgery incompitance a blood test can now not be done. MOVING SURGERYS.

Hire doctors that no what the word URGENT means. And recetionist that are not so rude.

Receptionist are disgusting overall I would avoid this surgery !!!!!!

Get better reception staff they are rude won’t give out appointments they play gateway to the doctors !
