I have been under this doctors since age of 11 I am now 66 yrs old . When I had breast cancer Dr Sarin took me under his wing and made me feel safe .Now I see Dr Mula what a lovely caring person she is always makes me feel not so anxious so I am happy she joined the surgery . She knows how my mind is so puts me at ease when I see her reassuring me . Great Dr xi don’t mind leaving my name Amanda Hambling .

The phone lines are extremely busy one morning I redialed 217 times so some days you can not get an appointment so have to keep trying until you do .

Getting an appointment is never easy because of the listing on the doctors servicing the surgery and getting through on the telephone if ever. Other than that staff from the receptionist to medical and clinical staff are very approachable and welcoming taking the time to understand the needs of clients coming into the surgery.

Try to fit people into slots where patients have cancelled appointments or those who are no shows and not informed you of their lateness after 10-15mins, these slots could be given to those callers information sounds like they need to be seen as soon as in there best Interest.
