I have been with this practice for 75years it was one of the best, but now it must be one of the worst you are kept on the phone for 30min to an hour but all appointments are gone

Open the surgery the way it was before covid.

I can’t thank this surgery enough. They have taken me on as a temporary patient as I don’t live in Scotland. I was really poorly last week and needed a doctor. The reception/admin staff were lovely and sympathetic and the Doctor (I think Dr Taylor) was very kind on the phone. I was given medication and thankfully now on the mend. I phoned a lot of surgeries in Dundee to try to register temporary but was met with rudeness from the minute the phone was answered. Not here though. When I called for an appointment I was 51 in the queue but I still got an appointment. THANK YOU Coldside staff.

Honestly so annoyed with how things are working! I've been trying to get through to the surgery on the phone for 2 weeks and then when I do finally get through omg I'd have been as well calling a stranger! All I want is my thyroid test and my flu jab and it's proving to be impossible! I really need this as my meds are NOT helping me at all so obviously need altered! I will be waiting until my recent visit to hospital has been dealt with by Dr Oswald (he is nice as is Dr Taylor and Dr Macmillan and Kelly the nurse) I will be leaving this surgery and registering elsewhere! It's ridiculous that 1 illness is taking over and all other illnesses (some a lot more serious for individuals) are left to suffer and rot away without medical help! Absolute joke that we are told on the news that doctors are still there for us WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT THERE FOR US!!! Please get a bloomin grip and help people that do not have covid-19!!!

Gave me an appointment that I clearly need! Sorry but I cannot give a blood test over the bloomin phone!

Coldside by name coldside by nature if your face don't fit forget it I'm disabled and unable to leave the home most of the time trying to get help for your problems is extremely hard these doctors don't have any caring side to them no understanding and definitely un helpful it's bad to say but never known such uncaring professionals you want a good doctor a caring doctor I recommend else where that's wat I will be doing just wish had been told this before I joined the practice the name coldside certainly fits

Over many years that I have attended this surgery, I have never met a dr, receptionist, nurse, one of the prescription advisors there that have not given 100% time to patients. I have miltiple disabilies and have had appts with them all and couldn't fault any. I would recommend this surgeryto receive an award of excellence - that's me and my familys' opinion.
