The Doctors Nurses and Receptionest are very good at The Coachmans Medical Practice. The Doctors always give you plenty of time for you to tell them your symptoms and they always come up with the right diagnosis. Today i sore Dr. Kurfee sorry I'm not sure how her name is spelt. I have a rare Neurolgical condition which she new about and new how it is treated. She is a young Doctor but very confident and experienced and always puts you at ease. I hope this is of help. I would love to write a brilliant review on this surgery, but after years of mistakes and rudeness I just cannot. On the plus side the new building is lovely, bright and clean. Parking is plentiful and the surgery is very smart. I have struggled to think of these 3 examples of positivity and scraped the barrel with the parking. On the down side, the surgery repeatedly gets my prescriptions incorrect, the surgery is largely impossible to get through to on the phone as the queuing system has a habit of leaving you hanging for anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes (if you are fortunate enough to have this time on your hands). The reception desk staff can be exceedingly rude, and if you dare to point out any sort of mistake on their or the surgery's part you are shot down in flames. I did not receive appointments for my sons vaccinations until I chased them, and when I mentioned this they categorically stated that I was informed and that it was my error. They do not understand that people do actually have to go to work and therefore the first available appointment convenient for the surgery is not necessarily convenient for the patient. I made the mistake of actually visiting the surgery yesterday to add a new item to my repeat prescription, the lady I spoke to said barely a word to me and struggled to even acknowledge my existence. Ironically the incorrect item has been ordered (despite me taking an example of it in with me) AGAIN so I am sure that this will also be my fault one way or another. There is a horrifying lack of attention to detail at this surgery, and reinforced by a total dismissal of responsibility. So, no. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. The new building however is very attractive.

I have been with the surgery for many years. I have found that my views of my treatment are always listened to. Dr Luke listened to me when i had problems with my arms, And we found out i needed Heart bypass, If it was not for him i might not be here. I cant praise him enough.

I had to have some blood taken and Debbie the nurse is great. She makes a very unpleasant event more calming. The surgery is very clean and bright and all the staff are very helpful.

A very modern two storey building. Lots of Doctor choice. Helpful Receptionists and a Chemist prescription collection service for both Bewbush and Broadfield Chemists.
