I went in to see Debbie Wrate, one of the Phlebotomy team for my annual blood pressure and blood test and she always makes me feel relaxed and welcome. I mentioned that I had missed the morning triage call list and she got me in front of a doctor within 10 minutes...Outstanding!! All the staff at Coachmans should be really proud of the way they look after their patients. I have been a patient there for many years and have always been treated very very well. Thank you for looking after me and my family.

I wanted to say how impressed I was with your staff. I was at the surgery with my son and daughter yesterday (1/6) and when leaving my sons fingers got caught in the automatic doors. The staff were brilliant helping free his fingers and then checking he was ok ( this included receptionists, nurse and a doctor!). I have also just received a follow up phone call today to make sure he is ok, so I wanted to say thank you.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. I never have a problem in either getting an appointment or a callback from one of the GPS or nurses. In my experience, all the members of this practice are consummate professionals and I consider myself fortunate to be one of their patients. Thank you for looking after me!

Very hard to book an appointment either online, phone or even visiting the surgery. Triage system is a excuse to everything. Changed surgery from Smallfield a few months ago and I really miss the service they provided me for years. I always able to book any appointment because there was no triage rubbish system. They looked into the system to see if there was any space! This practice to request a prescription, we have to beg to have them. I'm really disappointed.

I took my son hoping for real help after years of Mental and physical assault he took to comfort eating, I was advised to take him to weight off work shop, there was no consideration of what he had been through. It was horrible, would not refer him to dietician nothing. Awful, my son came out feeling it wasn't taken seriously when his councillor and social worker were told they were horrified at what was offered. I have lost confidence in that specific doctor.
