I never usually do this but it needs looking into as there will be big mistakes made in the future, I attended an appointment with my husband today, he had a few issues the dr on call looked at the rash on his foot and didn't know what to do, so basically we had to tell him the previous Dr had given medication that wasn't working and then he said he would make a referral to dermatologist, he then told him the dr 3 weeks ago said she would order an ultrasound he said it's not on the computer and didn't want to look at the lump on the rib he actually said he was too busy, and he would have to book a telephone consult with another dr tomorrow, so wasted appointment went straight to walk-in centre at hospital, where the dr there looked at his foot and said that infected and needs antibiotics which the other dr didn't bother to notice and thinks he has a suspect cracked rib which will need looking at, long day all because Dr to busy to actually do his job waste of NHS time and resources they say dont go to hospital but if GPS is this shoddy what are you meant to do die
