If you need an urgent appointment then you can get a triage call or an appointment.
If it’s a non urgent appointment then it’s more difficult as there are to many people wanting to see a doctor. Sadly just in January there were 195 appointments wasted as people didn’t turn up
The online booking system works well where it’s easy to book appointments or order medications.
