Appalling Receptionist and Doctor and my appointment. The Doctor behaved so badly to my symptoms after coming off a medication that she had put me on for the past 4 months. I explained I wished to change it or come off it as the side effects weren't great. She had nothing to say but what do you want me to do and shrugged it off. This after having to wait weeks to get in to see her. On top of it the receptionist that was there had a hideous manner, extremely rude. Not a great experience. I know everyone has an off day but this was outrageous!
