Moved to Windsor about 3 years ago thinking that this might be a nice practice.. Turns out I was very wrong. Practice is often untidy, chairs every where, not very comfortable. Receptionists very rude. The walk in screen touch is diabolical to use when it displays the doctors name without instructions to wait or room number. Name is announced on display only for a minute. For blood tests you have to make your way up-to king Edward hospital unless you're pregnant and they will do them in the clinic which makes no sense. Cannot get an appointment unless you que up outside first thing in morning.
Had an asthma attack one night, waited until morning, did not know i was asthmatic.. Couldn't get an appointment, just needed a pump to relive my chest. Called up 111, they couldn't even get through to them... the soonest emergency appointment was 2:30pm... I had been up over 24 hours at this point.. Since leaving this area I have gone back to my old surgery which is more helpful, cleaner.
