Got worst if you have a complicated history. All experienced staff have left, no personalised care- no connection except name. Not in operation since 1988 typo error started in2022. Not able to choose a male doctor when you book. Very inexperienced doctors and staff follows computer guides, focus on computer not you during consultation. Gets defensive if you ask questions. New doctors names not showing here needs to be updated.

Listen to what is being asked and get experienced staff. Have a permanent male GP.

Terrible place. The doctor has said before that my cholesterol was high and my blood sugar was on the point of diabetes. Ive improved my diet and weight (although I wasnt much overweight) but when I phone for a blood tes, the receptionist says things like "We don't give blood tests out to just anyone, you should go to the chemist". I don't understand why a 30 sec phone call from the doctor is mostly not allowed. Doctors used to see people in person, why now can't they be bothered a quick call now? Ive only spoke to one 3 times in 9 months since I moved here. I sit here with numb fingers, light headedness and heart palpitations. One of the few times I got to saw the doctor there was when my ears were bleeding and oozing puss. They just sent me away, a couple of days later I went to the hospital and the doctor there was amazed that the GP hadnt given me antibiotics.

I’ve been a patient for years at this practice never had an issue the staff have been brilliant and helpful but recently, I was prescribed some medication from my consultant at hospital,which he sent me an email and also to the GP but the incompetent Dr’s did not follow up my letter and after constantly ringing and inquiring my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy,on two occasions it was forwarded to the Doctors attention and dealing with it, I was told by the staff,so eventually after 2/3 weeks my prescription was delivered to my house address. Overall appalling service from the doctors especially the new GP at the practice who thinks she’s god’s gift
