The doctors and nurses are excellent in every respect - they all give you enough time and thoroughly explain everything and give you options. The appointments system is strange and quite dysfunctional - which makes it quite difficult to see a doctor - especially if you want an on the day appointment. The receptionist staff - half are excellent, efficient, helpful and friendly. The other half of reception staff are disinterested, aloof, and surly.
