I have found The staff very friendly and helpful whenever I have had any dealings with them. The Dr are all very professional and always willing to listen to any worries that I have. Any diagnosis&treatments are carefully explained with time for any questions to be asked!

the 08:30am gold rush to get an appt by phone is ridiculous. by the time you get thru the appts have gone only to be told by a person 'nope, all full up today. try again tomorrow dear'. when writing to the practice manager it is a lottery whether you get a reply or not. if you don't get a reply and then ask for an answer to the letter, you get a stock reply of 'we don't answer specific individual letters'. you have to chase everything up more than once unfortunately.

The DR's are very helpful and willing to listen.They always give you the choice of treatments as well as the understanding of the implications of your choices.Getting an appointment is also now a lot easier than it used to be.
