It is very difficult to get appt with your preferred doctor but appreciate how. Very busy everyone is. Dr Smith a first class GP. All the other Drs and staff are fantastic but he is truly amazing. Has been my GP for 25 years. Thank you happy new year

The appointment was 30 mins late. This is a frequent issue at both Kingston and surbiton. Really needs Improving.
