Not really anything. Service was prompt, efficient and Dr explained purpose and reason for examination.

I had recently registered at the surgery and as a diabetic needed to ensure I could get repeat prescriptions. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for Craig the Pharmacist to ring me the following day. Craig did ring as promised and sorted my repeat prescription problem out for me. Both members of staff were extremely efficient.

It was perfect so nothing to do to improve.

The service I get depends on the doctor and receptionist. Regarding my recent consultation I was pleased with both but in the recent past it was not so good. One receptionist attempted to diagnose me without consulting a doctor. The main overarching complaint I have is having more accessing to a doctor in-person rather than a phone consultation.

Regarding re-occurring problems I've had it would be nice if I could see a doctor in-person rather than always having a phone consultation.

Dr rang got the appointment 2 hour's later, receptionist was very helpful

Nothing honestly, from reception to nurse to the Dr. Well looked after.
