Diabetic review with HCA. Pleasant greeting. Engaged in what was going to occur. I requested butterfly for venesection and agreed. A truly positive experience.

Gaining a GP appointment remains difficult. Achieved one after being caller 25 and GP call. I am not convinced, as yet, that the automatic call back from in the queue works!

Find it difficult to get through on the phone and not in favour of diagnosis by telephone in certain instances.

In this instance I spoke with and saw the same doctor. I believe a return to having the same doctor each visit would be beneficial both to the patient and the doctor.

Surgery was clean and quick response

I don't find any Mistake there, I don't think need improvement as per consideration all is good
