It is virtually impossible to get an appointment. I wanted to see a doctor as the HCA who had just done my hypertension review said I should. I asked at reception (around midday on the Friday) and was told to ring at 8am on Monday. I believe I had shingles with the rash on my scalp. I didn’t bother - I’m convinced it’s shingles but if it wasn’t ……

I was there at the surgery I should have been offered the chance to see a physicians assistant or a nurse. I would have happily waited

Only issue is getting to see a Dr but today was good

Because it true it’s been almost impossible to see a doctor since Covid and since neither myself or my husband are only just muting it along as David has Emphasimera and COPD with Bronchitis my is Rhumatoid Arthritis and Epilepsy and I also have had a heart attack 4years ago apparently I have heart deis

Bring back a good working practice please

I feel disappointed that when I wanted to see a Dr in October I was channeled to a prescriber. I was given a prescription which didn’t work. Rang again to see a Dr and again a prescriber gave me another prescription with only a telephone consultation. Eventually saw a Dr yesterday who was excellent and was very pleased with the consultation. I Have been referred to a hospital consultant for assessment. It’s a pity that I was not offered a Drs appointment in the first instance.
