I feel disappointed that when I wanted to see a Dr in October I was channeled to a prescriber. I was given a prescription which didn’t work. Rang again to see a Dr and again a prescriber gave me another prescription with only a telephone consultation. Eventually saw a Dr yesterday who was excellent and was very pleased with the consultation. I Have been referred to a hospital consultant for assessment. It’s a pity that I was not offered a Drs appointment in the first instance.

Help on the phone and a pleasant Doctor who gave good advice .

As an older person I miss being able to book an appointment in advance . With the Doctor who you have seen before and feel knows your case. Though the Doctor I went to see on Wednesday was very pleasant and helpful.

Called for an appointment and was given one the next morning ( telephone ) Appointment made to see the Dr 2 hrs later following telephone consultation and no waiting at surgery - straight in to see her. Follow up X-ray appointment received in a day or so for 5 weeks time .

Overall can't fault service received .

Really unclear how to book now, landed up by going into reception to book appointment

Allow booking at any time of day via phone or online I was given a phone appointment which followed within the hour. However I am still waiting-over two weeks now- for an appointment with the podiatrist. 48 hrs ago I sent a message via the nhs app which also had not been replied to. So overall I am not impressed at all with the service

Spoke to doctor on the phone and he was very patient with me as I had to send him a photo.
