I was on an automatic three monthly reappointment system. but for some reason this did not happen this time and I had to telephone to book an appointment. This meant that I had a two month long delay in receiving treatment. I believe this has now been corrected.

I should’ve received an automatic, three monthly reappointment. This did not happen this time, but I believe this has now been corrected.

The doctors I saw were so thorough and went above and beyond to monitor Lewis, Dr Kerry Bayliss and Dr Williamson were excellent, and really put me at ease with the regular monitoring of Lewis. Thank you so much.

Receptionists are very helpfull and kind the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help sort out my dietary needs and pain management as ive have had a tough few years but doctors included and everyone at churchfields has made ir thatmuch easier thankyou

All good
