Never had an issue getting appointment normally by telephone

Communicated time calling to discuss as only said day ringing. Just helps to ensure patient knows when.in day to be available. May save you time

I have not had any problems booking a telephone consultation. I don’t often have to book a visit to the surgery so I can’t really comment. I find that the receptionists are very friendly when you speak to them on the telephone.

I do get annoyed at the long message that I have to listen to when ringing the surgery. I cannot see why it needs to be that long. Other than that, quite happy.

I logged an online form and although the pharmacist called back the same day he referred me onto a doctor who called a week later. Dr Law was very empathetic to my situation, the consultation wasn't rushed and he discussed various options with me.

I think the online system works well. It would be great if if was open longer rather than closing at 9:30am

Churchfields is superb. I manage the care for my disabled brother and mum-in-law at other surgeries - they do their best in demanding conditions, but Churchfields is in another league. Professional, kind, personal, contactable. Whether for physical, emotional of administrative issues, the care given by Churchfields' staff to me, my husband and four grown kids has been ideal and at times transformative.
