I always get great service from Churchfield surgery. The waiting area is always spotlessly clean receptionist are always pleasant and I get great service from the doctors and the nurses

I feel that by having to speak to someone first prior to getting a face to face apppointment is not always a good system. Each time I have done this I have had to go & see a practioner face to face. This can result in time which could have been allocated to another patient for a telephone consultation. System of phoning at 8.30 each morning to get an appointment is frustating & very time consuming.

Have a different booking system.

Longer times to register your need for someone to contact you in the mornings - I start work at 7 am and my 1st break is 9.50 so I miss the time to use the on line service

Very good phone call, detailed conversation and useful guidance. Speaking to the pharmacist about my medication issues provided a way forward.

No. I spoke to the admin staff yesterday and got them pharmacist call today, it was just fantastic.

My appointment for ear wax suction was a referral from New Road Surgery. You therefore contacted me with the appointment time and date but it was quick so no complaints.
