The nurses' appointments are easy to book & you don't have to wait long to see them. However, what happened to being able to book an appointment? I have got to wait weeks or always am told to phone at 8 o'clock or 2 o'clock for an emergency appointment. When I did wait for an appointment they hadn't got me on the system. Then, all they could offer me was an appointment in another 5 weeks. When my husband complained and said he wanted me seen by a doctor, they put me on the end of surgery. Then, the doctor couldn't get rid of me quick enough. It's ok that we had to wait an hour to see a doctor but another when they want to go home.
