I’ve been with this practice for over 40 years and the past few years the service is totally appalling. You wait ages to talk to someone then there are no appointments ring back in a week , when you do get one it’s over a week away even ones over the phone. In 2019 they claimed they hadn’t received my husbands discharge papers from city hospital that had been sent electronically fob us off by saying it’s takes a couple of days for them to arrive then they claimed to have scanner problem we took our copies down for them to photo copy. THEN THEY STILL said they didn’t have them I complained to the practice manager but she wasn’t that bothered. you put an repeat prescription in when your tablets are low and then get a phone to say you can’t have them until they review your Medication which is by appointment which again (as above ) you have to wait over 2 weeks away by which time your tablets have run out WHAT WOULD HAPPEN if those tablets are an life dependence I am seriously considering moving to another practice
