Yet again I’ve been made to feel important and listened to! Professor Mahmoud always has time to discuss your health and options available! In todays difficulties with health issues and increasing demands, Doctors are in the spotlight, and Professor Mahmoud is a credit to this surgery! I have always managed to get an appointment and other Drs I’ve seen have been excellent! Well done Jones Family Practice .

Following up on a complaint regarding not getting an appoint to see a doctor having waited for 1 hour on the phone in having severe lower back pain and feeling very, very depressed, this was followed up several days later by the receptionist concerned and made arrangements for me to see the Clinics Physiotherapist. I was then contacted again one week later to follow up whether this was effective and a further arrangement has been made for me to see my GP to discuss my condition further. This is such a change from what I have experienced in the past and I am very pleased that endeavours are being made to improve my condition which I am very aware that I will always have some pain. In this instance, thank you for being so helpful and truly trying to help resolve my issues as best as it can be sone.

Follow up calls following my complaint (when I was in a lot of pain) has made me feel that I am being helped as much as possible.

A very rude and angry receptionist working Thursday 21st April at 8 am. She was very unprofessional and became very confrontational when she followed us out of the surgery and shouted us at. It was all very embarrassing for us and other patients. She wasn't interested in listening to us and also decided to stop the conversation halfway through to pop out from the desk, with no mask, to chat to someone else. We were in a very stressful state this morning and she made the whole situation a lot worse and did not help in any way.

I really believe that the reception member of staff should do an anger management course and at least how to deal with confrontation, not just on the computer tests. Our whole family will be leaving the surgery unless this individual can apologise/ make improvements so that other service users don't have to experience the same behaviour.

The receptionist are extremely polite and courteous. I found them very helpful.
