The 2 stars given on the last two factors are due to the receptionists' attitudes. I understand the tight schedules of the NHS and I am very appreciative that I am lucky enough to get seen by a doctor when I need. I just think that the receptionists could offer a more friendly and calm attitude to patients. We are not (understandably!) allowed to be rude to them but they should not be allowed to be passively rude to us either...
