I'm changing surgeries. You left my mum to get blood poisoning and she's now in hospital. We won't trust either doctors again! The only helpful people are the receptionists!

Was really impressed with the receptionist at Chartham surgery (Sue). Couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and understanding. Phoned at 8.20. Doctor phoned at 850. Appointment confirmed by 9.15. Brilliant service all round

The staff at Chartham Surgery are without exception friendly, helpful and genuinely caring about their patients. The receptionists are lovely and go out of their way to find appointments and help with queries, the pharmacy team are efficient and very responsive to queries or issues and the GPs and nurses are truly patient centred and empathetic. I have nothing but praise for the team and the practice.

Dr Hughes arranged an appointment via the e consult process and handled the consultation in person superbly. He listened, he examined and he then explained. Communications were exactly what you’d wish from a GP. Personable and also confidence inspiring. Reception was also extremely welcoming and spoke to patients warmly, despite the challenges of current circumstances.
