I telephoned the surgery for an emergency appointment - excellent receptionist who asked a couple of pertinent questions & gave me "a sit & wait appointment without hesitation. I arrived on time & waited approx 20 mins. Seen by GP who was excellent with arranging tests etc. Followed up by tests at surgery on the same day - GP saw me again & referred directly to hospital. Excellent all round service - thank you

Have always had great help whilst being a patient at this surgery. They are always happy to help and eager to get the right treatment for you. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone. Having been seen by various doctors and nurses at this practice I feel I can hand on heart say that they are all thorough in their work and you no matter how insignificant you feel your problem may be they deal with it in a professional manner always making you feel your feelings are valid. Doctors, nurses and receptionists never get enough recognition and people are always quick to say negative comments, there is not enough praise for good health care professionals.q

I've had nothing but help and support from any doctor at the surgery in my 29 years of going. Yes there may occasionally be a bit of a wait for a standard appointment (up to 4-5 weeks) but that happens with any surgery, if you want to be seen quicker, go private. Doctors have always been helpful and professional, and have helped me overcome many personal issues, as well as illness.
