4 visits to collect prescription. Waited in queues each time but gave up after 45 mins to one hour each time. Finally got to front of queue to collect 3 months supply as notified over a month ago. To find that my prescription had not been picked yet again and actually saw the pharmacist pick my tablets from the shop floor where the drugs are now stored. Then informed could not have the three month's supply as told only one month as the robot has broken. When questioned got 'not my fault'. To which I replied I know that but management need to be informed this farce is not good enough. The person who organised this farcical event needs to be disciplined or at least sent for training in management of pharmacy / doctors reception.

Rude, unhelpful receptionists and pharmacists. Pharmacy queues of over 2 hours! Won't accept email repeat prescriptions, only fax or letter. No evening or weekend routine appointments even though advertised. Only sit and wait appointments when you do eventually get past the receptionists. No time appointments.

Front of house service good and doctors great but arrangements for getting prescriptions appalling. Complicated registration process then apparently good app but it doesn’t tell you which you have collected only what’s approved so if you can’t remember which ones you’ve picked up you don’t know if you need to reorder so guess what? You put in another order which might waste your time. Was promised 3 months supply for pick up in December and waited ONE HOUR for only 1 months worth. Tried to get home delivery to avoid the long wait but the app I picked doesn’t cover Charing. Sorry but I love your practice and this is just to help you get your processes right.

Waited 15 mins in a phone queue to be told no appointments available. No offer of callback made. Suggestion of walk in Surgery elsewhere not appropriate. Gave up as did not feel surgery was bothered. My wife phoned and waited 20 mins in a queue. Beth who answered was no help at all to the point of not being insensitive. She told my wife it was part of her job to fob people off. No appointments available for over 2 weeks. Callbacks unlikely due to long list of callbacks already. I have had a severe pain below my right rib which has not gone away on its own. Will go to casualty at Whh if pain becomes too much. I don't like phoning surgery at best of times because it can be difficult to get an appointment but a long call wait and insensitive office staff who don't seem to care enough to help put me off even more.

Very good in almost every respect. In fact I have only one suggrstion: the screen in the waiting room which notifies patients that their doctor/nurse is ready for them has no audible indication of each announcement. This means that while waiting patients have to give their undivided attention to the screen: it would actually be pleasanter and more relaxing if one could read the paper etc safe in the knowledge that a 'beep' would warn of an impending announcement.
