Flu jab clinic was fabulously organised, staff were clear and precise in directions. The system was wonderful and wanted to say thank you to all staff that gave up their Saturday.

Today I tried to book a blood test after having a text impossible to get through with lots and lots of information to wade through then waiting for receptionist then phone went blank so gave up

Not so much information to get through just wanted to make an appointment

Dr Richard Knottenbelt spotted signs that I was well on the way to developing serious sepsis. My wife drove me to hospital and I was seen within a hour during a very busy period. His referral and diagnosis really helped to get me out of a very tight spot.

I always find the doctors and nurses very good. The triage system I have got used to and have always been dealt with efficiently. The nurse practitioner Gail is wonderful, very genuine and always helpful. My only problem is the pharmacy. It was supposed to improve after the refit but it has become worse than ever. The queues are horrendous, the system for taking your repeat prescriptions when you pick your last one up is diabolical. They have it for a whole month, and it is never ready when you go back (on the date that they give you) 28 days later. If you query why they have it a whole month before you collect it, and you still have to wait while they make it up, they can be very defensive, even rude to you. I have seen people having to argue with them before as they do not always listen. This is the reason there are always people annoyed and queuing. Why have a prescription for a whole month and then dispense it on the day of collection. It makes no sense! I feel the pharmacy could do with new management as it obviously isn't working efficiently with long queues and unhappy customers.
