The telephone pre recorded message is extremely long, and once through to the relevant option I have been cut off several times. Some reception staff are excellent and couldn’t be more helpful, others not so much and could do with further training. Several visits over the year have highlighted the brilliant work of a few of the team. We’ve received brilliant care from Dr Knottenbelt and Kerry Lee, and also Penny in the Pharmacy. These people should be recognised for their care of patients.

Suggested improvements
Only the booking system needs an overhaul. I understand the call back system must save valuable doctor’s time, but the length of the pre recorded message is mind numbing with no fast track if you get cut off - you have to start all over.
