I spent my day off work constantly on the phone for 3 hrs being put in queues when I got through was td no appointments for 2 1/2 weeks ? Was not told to ring back every day to try for one but nobody was even listening to what I was saying ? I never go to the doctors unless really urgent and knowing if I go to walking centre that they would only have to refer back to gp to actually be referred for tests ! I am so I'll and feel like I now just have to sit I'll and wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get to see my doctor totally helpless feel like just a number . I'm a nurse who knows the system and does not abuse it but u am ill and cant understand why the receptionist DOES not tell you that they have appointments every day!!!!!!! Discusting how Chapel St NEVER was like this !!!!!

In the past this Practice has been exemplary in every way .However I have recently been really disappointed with them recently.On two occasions I waited 20 minutes on the phone to make an appointed I gave up ultimately and didn't arrange the appointment Then I had a problem with a repeat Prescription .Also I have found they now Over Promise and under deliver on things The problem is exacerbated by the fact that nobody ever rings you back on things I left two messages for people to contact me and 3 days later there was still no response,I do have other issues with the Practice that I do not want to put in print Often some problems arise that could have been resolved just by talking to someone once you have asked them to return your call.The Gps have been helpful when I have ever needed their help Also the Nurses and Receptionists have been excellent It could be teething problems with the Merger but it needs to be solved for the good of the patients
