All the doctors are friendly, caring, yet highly professional. Waiting times can over run, but that is understandable as patients are not rushed through. You feel that you have been listened to and helped.
Receptionists are equally friendly and professional and do not act as bouncers for the doctors.
Practice nurse equally as good.
The practice has a multi cultural patients and are especially good for people from the former Soviet Union, Ukrainians, Polish etc.
