The system of 8am same day calls is a necessary evil, but obviously will cause queues. I’m not sure I have a solution to that.

I always find it very easy to get an appointment for both myself and my baby. Other surgery’s I have been to it is impossible to be seen. There are many doctors and nurses, so you can see the most appropriate person, and this allows for more availability. The receptionists are always polite and helpful. Chainbridge is a lovely practice.

It takes a very long time to get through to a receptionist in the morning. I was on the line for 25 minuets before i spoke to a receptionist even though i rang at 8am.
