On the last two occasions that I've needed to contact the surgery to make an appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse, you are kept on hold for ages, the first time I was told that the reason being is there were issues with the new phone system, having waited over 45mins before eventually getting an answer, this was around 4mths ago. Having again needed to contact the surgery today (18/10/19), the phone system clearly hasn't improved as I've been waiting on hold now for 45mins, trying to return a call from the surgery that was left on my answer phone. This was also not the first time I have tried this week to get back in contact, unbelievable service.

The improvements are noticeably improved, obviously a new regime takes time to settle in with new and/or changed procedures. I have always been treated with kindness and care for which I am extremely grateful. I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have had and how helpful all the staff (medical, admin, reception etc) have been, thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated. John and Marian

How on earth does one get a phone appt at this place? I'm told to ring first thing in the morning when the appts are released, (I work full time which makes this difficult) and spend ages dialling and redialling, when I eventually get through I'm told all appts have gone and to ring back the next day! 3 days in succession this happened, eventually I had to accept a phone appt for a weeks time. No wonder A&E at Basildon is so busy, many people must go there in desperation. Absolutely abysmal!

Having been with this practice since 1960 I have never experienced such abysmal Service since College Health took charge . The appointment system , whether at the surgery or via 'phone , is atrocious . Appointments are booked for weeks in advance , phone appointments are hit and miss . To obtain a medical certificate for work is stressful , something which I 've been told by my GP to avoid . Under Drs Mohile and Lei very few problems arose . I beleive most of the administrative staff are the same as previous , so where have these problems come from . College Health ? No choice in changing practice , College Health are all over Chadwell . Perhaps a letter to our MP.
