This is a great practice and is used by many of the Private Practitioners in nearby Harley Street as THEIR GP, so that tells you all you need to know! Being a London surgery does mean you may expect an average three-week wait to get an appointment (rather than the National wait of about nine days) but they do offer an end of same day slot, if time allows. We have been with cavendish health center for over twenty years. IT has changed completely, because of the laid back attitude of the doctors, whereas you can never see the doctor of your choice unless you book two to three weeks in advance Also the urgency of some situations and you are not seen right away. Thinking of moving to another clinic in our area., we have noted on your nhs list of clinics that you have marked this clinic as very poor rating. This should be looked into,

I had a semi emergency in that I had excessive fluid in my ear. I was seen the same day not withstanding the Practice was fully booked.

The clinic is very smoothly run by a fantastic team of receptionists, nurses and doctors; they rely on modern technology ensuring efficiency and great communication. The staff at reception are super busy and yet they manage to speak to everybody, go out of their way to squeeze you in even without an appointment, have really excellent manners and there is always a very positive atmosphere. I used to attend the clinic many years ago and only started using it again recently - what a change, how many improvements across the board, really well done to this great team of wonderful people for all their hard work.
