Whow, what a surgery. I came in with my Mum to see Dr. Barrett. I was made to feel very welcome. Dr. Barrett explained everything to me in length. At no time did I feel rushed or an inconvenience. My Mum recently joined Catshill Surgery and Dr. Barrett has been very attentive and thorough with my Mum seeing her weekly, reviewing and checking her new medication with which I feel great satisfaction. I felt Dr Barrett listened to us both and acted professionally with care and compassion. I just want to say a very big thank you for the support given as I live 55 miles away.

Honestly this surgery should be proud of themselves. I've always found them great but recently when so many moan I can only say positive things. My daughter was triaged, called in and seen all before 9am the same day. She had antibiotics by 10 am. From first contact with the friendly and helpful reception staff then seeing the Associate Doctor the service was first class. Well done Catshill. Keep up the good work.

Had the most warm and caring service from Ruth the Nurse whilst she was taking blood. They are something I normally dread yet she was incredibly patient and reassuring and more importantly gentle so it didn't hurt. I couldn't recommend both Nurse Ruth and Dr Barrett more highly, thank you.

I have recently been seen by Dr Ford for a number of different issues and she has always been very attentive and thorough. She has followed up on referrals and appointments to ensure I have been seen and after a couple of difficult years of limited hospital appointments due to COVID I am now getting the treatment I need. This is down to Dr Ford and the surgery receptionists. They are a caring team and I appreciate the support they have provided.
