Once you get to actually see someone then there attention and service is good

it is a costly experience for the elderly to get to the practice. it is situated up a severe slope so that any one with mobility issues and no car has to taxi there. at present £7.40 for the round trip. for those of us on pensions this is not suitable. I was required for annual blood test and hypertension test and was told this could not be covered with one appointment so had to have two (cost £14.80 for two separate days) Money that I had to find so eat less etc Home visits are non existent unless you cannot walk at all; even then it is hard to get one.

I took my granddaughter for a consultation with Doctor Paneandee on 14 June 2022 and I found the whole experience exceptionally good, starting with checking in, waiting time and then the Doctor’s thorough and caring treatment of her patient.

I can’t think of anything.

Online form completed on Wednesday morning and surgery rang at lunchtime with day and time of appointment which was the next day.

Hi, I would just like to say a huge thank you to Dr Wong, Dr Suleman and Dr Lewis, Yvonne,Carolina and all of your reception staff and admin staff, earlier this year I was taken quite unwell, all of the above have cared for me so admirably, nothing was too much trouble and I felt very well looked after and safe.I was referred quickly and seen by other health professionals and treated very well and quickly.Dr Wong in particular was kindness personified even arranging to see me when my husband had an appointment at your surgery to save a double visit. We are so lucky to have you at Caterham valley thank you Susan

Late last year I became very unwell, I went to see Dr. Teesdale and she immediately sent me to A&E, the help and care I have received has been amazing. I love the new online services, makes everything so quick and easy, I don't really like talking on the phone so this facility is a godsend I find the reception staff always helpful and friendly even when they are really busy, and I've never had a problem getting an appointment Fab surgery.. Thank you to all of you!
