I came to the surgery feeling very down as I’ve had numerous health issues since December! Doctor Hamilton listened to all my queries and concerns and answered all my questions with excellent knowledge and patience I never felt rushed and left the surgery feeling a 109% better

Dr Wright always extremely patient and generous with his time and always has good advice and suggestions.

Newer receptionists don’t always instil total confidence.

I was offered an appointment very quickly, on the day. The doctor answered all my questions and doubts in detail and professionally. I was given dome options of treatment suggested. I felt listened to. Great help from the receptionist.

Everything straight forward. Only arranged for a blood test and shingles vaccination so no urgency and a 3 week wait not a problem. Practice Nurse Lauren excellent. Friendly, thorough, well skilled. Thank you.

I arrived some 5 to 10 minutes early and had to wait for the single receptionist to book me in as she was dealing with another client's problem. I was a little concerned that the nurse would be unaware that I had arrived. Could not a means of self checking-in not be devised when there is a queue at reception?
