Both yesterday and in May with the same problem, the response to request for an appointment was immediate Doctors Wong, Weber McCartney and Hudson all took time to listen to my concerns and used hands on approach to check the problem Appropriate medication prescribed,and on Monday a referral to A and E for further investigation of my low oxygen level.

Nurse was excellent , helpful and friendly and gave me good advice. It is always a problem when I have a blood test, finding a vein being the problem. She identified one straight away and was able to take enough .

My wife and I have both needed to visit the surgery this year. Interactions have been easy and helpful. Everyone we have dealt with has been both helpful and professional.

Slight frustration at the very long initial screening message every time when phoning the surgery before being able to select an option. Otherwise good.

I had seen Dr Hamilton and he is a delight ! Patient and friendly and informative. It was quite easy to get an appt, and the surgery overall is very friendly and patient.

Not sure why the chairs are still in the children’s play area. There were a few children waiting same time as I was, they had no where to go so ran around the main reception area. Rather disruptive - they had tried to go and play in the area that used to be designated for kids but gave up as no room, just chairs.
