Waited nearly an hour for my flu jab today - The sign says "No waiting times" Went to Alison's in the end. Poor show.

Dr Knox was excellent; she phoned back promptly and took quick, decisive action. I was extremely pleased with the course of action that she took and I was so relieved and reassured that she took my concerns seriously. Thank you. Sally was excellent as well on answering the phone.

My care is generally excellent however, the slow computerized system and the wait to get a call answered or see a doctor is unbelievable and causes me to literally have raised blood pressure and anxiety. I am reverting to homeopathy asap.
