Once you actually are able to see a GP, they have, generally been helpful and supportive. However, I think communication by reception services could be greatly improved, in particular the ability to pass information on etc. Reception service varies greatly depending upon who you speek to.

The male reception was very abrupt and rude on the phone accusing one of not being organized without understanding at all my circumstances. He needs to go on a basic courtesy and decency course.
