Made appointment over the phone to see the nurse. I was given an appointment for the afternoon only to find when I attended the appointment had been made for the morning. I was only able to get half the treatment that I had made the appointment for, meaning I have to come back again another time. This is not acceptable.

The care undertaken by the nurses has been very good/excellent in my experience the GP's do not have the luxury of continuity and appear to have limited opportunity to read recent records.

Improvement. In your reception, you have a notice "please wait here" so that the queue goes from reception in a line towards the door. I have long asked for the notice to be placed at the beginning of a row of chairs so that people many unwell and elderly can without fuss sit to wait in the queue.
