My husband died recently he was a patient at this practice. I have been trying fir two years to get them to do the attendance allowance form for the council. Phone calls promised never materialise. They lose firms. You replace them . You phone wait an hour and a half before they answer the phone. They still haven’t completed the form even though the DWP Have completed there’s quickly and efficiently even given copies to surgery.

Done what you were supposed to do without causing such complete and utter distress because you won’t fill in the form or give a reason why. 2 YEARS. now that he has died you still cause further distress without any compassion whatsoever

I stayed on the phone for an hour and 30mins whilst the phone rang. Find it very hard to believe that the reception is sooo busy that they can't answer the phone for that long. Staff aren't that helpful, always misplacing prescriptions and not very welcoming. I have gone in on 'emergency' appointments had to wait for hours with only 2 other people in the waiting room. They need to get more doctors and learn customer service. Patients in distress aren't going to find snarky staff helpful. As a family we have been with this surgery for generations and have finally changed due to our frustration with having to wait for so long for a GP appointment.
