I have been with Carlton surgery for many years and always found them to be courteous and helpful. I think people expect too much from the services nowadays and are too Quick to complain if things are not perfect. The Carlton surgery is a busy surgery and sometimes you have to have a little patience in getting to talk to the receptionist and in getting an appointment but they always do their best to help.
