In telephone queue for 20 minutes to be told no appointments and doctor would call to discuss 8 hours later no call phoned doctors again, 25 minutes queue, told receptionist had wrote my contact no down wrong so doctor couldn't get hold of me, what happened to looking at my records for correct no? Receptionist was rude and had attitude problem would greatly benefit from some customers care training
